How to Order

 
The order process can be completed in 3 easy steps:

1. Choose your product & Add to Cart
2. Continue shopping, or Checkout
3. Proceed to payment 

 

Choose your product & Add to Cart 

 
Select the product category from the navigation bar on the left side of the page, and then find the product you are interested in purchasing. Simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once the item is added, it will appear in the cart displayed on the top right of the page.

Fast Shop

 
If you have previously ordered online, the Fast Shop option is also available. Fast Shop is the industry leader in fast & convenient stock replenishment. It allows customers to view past orders online, add or remove items, & checkout. For more information, go to Fast Shop

Continue shopping or Checkout

 
Once you have selected the product you wish to order or updated a previous order using Fast Shop, you can continue shopping or checkout by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button on the top right of the screen. If you select the Checkout option, you will be prompted to do one of the following:

• Login – this is available to existing customers who have registered. Simply enter your username & password, & your contact details will be displayed. Before confirming your order, you will need to provide the restaurant’s trading hours, & any special delivery instructions.

• Register – once you register, your details will be stored in our system, which means that you won’t have to re-enter them again. This guarantees that returning customers will enjoy a faster & more convenient shopping experience. See our Privacy Policy for details about how your personal information will be protected. • Quick Checkout – if you’re in a rush, simply provide us with your delivery address and payment details, and submit your order – it’s that simple!

Proceed to Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Electronic Funds transfer (EFT) and Cheque.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please quote that number if you have any queries relating to your order.
