Refunds and Returns

Products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice. However, if the items purchased are not fit for purpose or are defective, they can be returned & a full refund or replacement will be provided. In this instance, a purchaser is required to notify Wholesale Direct within a reasonable time after the sale, & provide details about the manner in which the goods fail to serve their purpose, or are defective.
