Ownership

 Ownership in goods sold by Wholesale Direct does not pass onto the customer until full payment is received for all outstanding invoices.
All information provided on this website & in our mail order catalogue is the property of Wholesale Direct, & cannot be copied or adapted without permission. This includes (but is not limited to) product images, designs & content.

Prices

 Wholesale Direct reserves the right to amend prices listed online or in the mail order catalogue prior to processing an order.
The prices displayed exclude GST & shipping costs. The shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout once you have selected your products & entered the quantity & your delivery address. Click here to view our Shipping Policy.

Minimum Order Value

 
The minimum order value (including shipping & GST) is $99. This allows us to apportion the shipping cost over a larger basket of goods, thereby reducing the amount payable by our customers & guaranteeing the most competitive prices.

However, we make no representations or guarantees in this regard. It follows that Wholesale Direct is not liable for any loss or damaged suffered in reliance on the information supplied.

Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered within the estimated delivery times provided: see Shipping. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control, which prevent us from delivering the goods on time. For example, during periods where large volumes of freight are being transported, our transport providers may experience delays in the delivery of goods. There may also be instances where the driver has attempted a delivery, but the customer hasn’t been at the premises to accept the goods.

In order to avoid delays, customers must provide alternative delivery instructions if the restaurant is unattended during normal business hours (9am-5pm, Mon to Fri) e.g. authority to leave if unattended, permission to deliver to a neighbour or home address. Failure to do so may result in delays & the imposition of a redelivery fee if the transport company is forced to attempt another delivery.

A sale will not be voided if goods are delivered after the estimated delivery date.

Credit card security

Wholesale Direct uses SSL software to ensure that payment information (including credit card details) provided online are secure. However, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of unauthorised or fraudulent use of your credit card information by any third party.
