Ownership in goods sold by Wholesale Direct does not pass onto the customer until full payment is received for all outstanding invoices. All information provided on this website & in our mail order catalogue is the property of Wholesale Direct and cannot be copied or adapted without permission. This includes (but is not limited to) product images, designs and content.

Prices

Wholesale Direct reserves the right to amend prices listed online or in the mail order catalogue prior to processing an order. The prices displayed exclude GST & shipping costs but GST can be added with our Toggle GST feature. Minimum Order Value

There is No minimum order value but the minimum Total Order value must be over $99 (ex Delivery) for our flat rate delivery fee. This allows us to apportion the shipping cost over a larger basket of goods, thereby reducing the amount payable by our customers and guaranteeing the most competitive prices.

Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered within the estimated delivery times provided: More information at our Shipping Guide. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control, which prevent us from delivering the goods on time. For example, during periods where large volumes of freight are being transported, our transport providers may experience delays in the delivery of goods. There may also be instances where the driver has attempted a delivery, but the customer hasn’t been at the premises to accept the goods. In order to avoid delays and eliminate additional delivery charges, drivers will be authorised to leave the goods if the premises are unattended. If there is an adjacent business that is open during normal business hours (9am-5pm) & is willing to accept delivery on your behalf, this must be noted in the “Delivery Instructions”. Wholesale Direct does not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage where goods are left unattended at the premises or delivered to a nominated address. A sale will not be voided if goods are delivered after the estimated delivery date.

Credit card security

Wholesale Direct uses SSL software to ensure that payment information (including credit card details) provided online are secure. However, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of unauthorised or fraudulent use of your credit card information by any third party.

Wholesale Direct Restaurant Supplies is a wholesaler and distributor. We buy and sell products from different suppliers from time to time, this means our products are the same but the Style, colour, packaging and container may vary from the images on our website.

This proposition ONLY applies to customers who qualify for the Flat Rate Shipping, goods are in stock and payment is received. Countdown starts from Monday to Friday, and excludes Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Wholesale Direct Holiday Period.
