If any items purchased are damaged or defective, they can be returned and a full refund (of the total product cost) or replacement will be provided.
In this instance, a purchaser is required to notify Wholesale Direct within a reasonable time, usually 7 working days after goods are received of their intent to return goods. Please also provide details about the manner in which the goods are damaged or defective.
Products may not be returned if items have been used.
If all or parts of an order is returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice, mistake made by you - Wholesale Direct at its sole discretion have the rights to reclaim shipping costs which are charged to us by the couriers and restocking cost if packaging has been opened or damaged. Therefore these cost will be deducted from your order paid total.
Dispatched within 48 hours or Delivery is FREE
If shipping dispatch has not been completed within 48 hours, we will refund your delivery fee as a coupon, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
