Wholesale Direct step by step guide on how to track your orders. By now you would have received an email stating “Order Completed‏” with your tracking details.

Tracking your order can be done in 2 simple options.

TNT “Consignment Number” starts with TXN click here

Fastway Couriers “Consignment Number” starts with TL click here

Couriers Please “Consignment Number” starts with CPAY click here

     Step 1 - TXN: Copy the TNT “Consignment Number” from the email that was sent.

     Step 2 - TXN: Go to TNT website and paste the consignment into the “TRACK A PACKAGE” search box as shown below.

     Step 3 - TXN: GO THERE NOW, CLICK HERE

     Step 1 - TL: Copy the Fastway Couriers “Consignment Number” from the email that was sent.

     Step 2 - TL: Go to Fastway Couriers website and paste the consignment into the “Track parcel” search box as shown below.

     Step 3 - TL: GO THERE NOW, CLICK HERE

Step 1 - CPAY: Copy the Couriers Please “Consignment Number” from the email that was sent.

Step 2 - CPAY: Go to Couriers Please website and paste the consignment into the “Enter Coupon no” search box as shown below.

Step 3 - CPAY: GO THERE NOW, CLICK HERE

When your tracking details has no “Booking Request ID” and no “Consignment Number”, there are 2 reasons why.

1st reason: We have booked a private courier company to delivery your goods and they do not have online tracking.

2nd reason: We have reconsolidated your goods and manually booked your order.
